REPLACEMENT, RETURN AND REFUND

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and hope all our customers are happy and satisfied.
If there are any problems with an item you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to resolve the problem.

 

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase or within 24 hours if it has not already been shipped.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF REPLACEMENT, RETURN AND REFUND

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and let us know the problem.
After 30 days from the date of purchase we unfortunately cannot replace, refund or accept returns.
Only full price items can be refunded, clearance items cannot be refunded.

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged and if a replacement is not possible a refund will be issued.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. Finallyo complete your return we need your purchase details for verification. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss of value.
You will be responsible for paying your own delivery charges for the return of your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REPLACED

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom orders
  • Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on offer
